By the end of this course, you will be able to: 

  • Identify verbal, visual, physical, and written forms of harassment under POSH. 
  • Understand how power dynamics and silence contribute to hostile environments. 
  • Recognise quid pro quo and virtual harassment, even when it’s subtle. 
  • Respond appropriately whether you’re directly affected or a bystander. 
  • Explain the role of the Internal Committee and the protections offered by POSH, including its gender-neutral scope.
